As an equestrian, the demands on your life are intense.  Your daily list of to-dos starts at the crack of dawn and keeps going well past dark.  You often feel stressed out with everything that needs to be accomplished and while your priorities are centered around your horse and riding, your personal well-being often falls to the bottom of the list.  And yet, you know deep down it’s time to deal with those nagging health issues that are preventing you from feeling and riding your best.  You’re in search of healthy habits and information, but simply don’t have the time to do the research.

It’s your time now.  The Full Training program is a comprehensive and personalized wellness program customized to meet you where you are and support you fully, no matter what challenges you are facing.  We’ll talk about where you are now, where you want to be, and what I can do to help support your goals.

You’ll learn what to eliminate; what foods & supplements are best for replenishing the body; and how to create long-lasting nourishment for optimal health and longevity.  We’ll discuss how to prepare relevant shopping lists for creating nourishing meals at home and on the road.  We’ll review what your toxic load is, where these unhealthy substances are lurking, and how to remove unnatural products from your fridge, bathroom and home.  We’ll also deconstruct your entire week’s routines and activities so we can determine how to upgrade your lifestyle naturally.

 

Our sessions will last 60 minutes where we’ll discuss what’s happening in your world, and I’ll provide tools and resources for you to incorporate into your lifestyle.  I will also provide ongoing support via email and text to answer questions and help you progress with ease through your wellness program.
